Off the shoulders.
Off the Shoulders. I feel like I’m straight out of a Disney Princess movie when I rock the off the shoulders look. Those off the shoulder gowns Aurora and Cinderella wore are exactly where my inspiration and love for this type of blouse comes from. It’s sultry and understated … graceful, yet envelope pushing.
Off the shoulder tops are HARD to wear though. Don’t plan on reaching up to the tops of the cupboards to reach anything or overextend your arm handing someone a cocktail … it’ll ruin the off the shoulder look! There’s nothing worse than half the shoulder being on and half of it being off.
The fireman opened the door and let us shoot with the trucks! Super cool.
This photo shoot took place in Pittsburgh. I was right outside a fire house in my hometown. The fireman opened the door and let us shoot with the trucks! Super cool.
I’m using this season to test out a few different styles and colors.
This year, I didn’t go the expensive route when buying my sunglasses … I took the total opposite route, actually. I’m using this season to test out a few different styles and colors, THEN I’ll spend the moola on ones I figure out go best with my style. The green neon is my first love within this experiment, I’ve been wearing them in every OOTD shoot. Most recently, I shot them back in Chicago with another grey top. *Another grey top … *
The blouse and jeans are H&M, the earrings are a vintage find, sunglasses are Forever21 and the booties are Aldo.
