What I Wore to Cole Haan. Wednesday’s really are trendsdays! I got to take the Red Line down to Michigan Ave. last night to visit Cole Haan’s gorgeous store. Thank you @StreetStyleChi for the invite!
I brought one of my girls from college with me along to the event, she was my plus +1! You know, we were networking рџ‰ Getting off at the Chicago CTA stop, we took a left, walked a few blocks and entered through big glass doors with brass (or gold?!) frames… right into Mr. Haan’s Cook County’s office.
There were so many shoes! Oh my gosh. I walked straight back, figured I’d work my way up… laid my eyes on the “Balthasar Chukka” wedge bootie shoe. *Insert double heart-eyed emoji here*

I was ‘THIS’ close to getting those Chukka’s! Instead, I walked away with a pair of clubmasters. Tortoise ones.
The obvious thought going through my head, “this style is strictly RayBan, Alex.” // Well, yes – yes they are, but even the ‘small’ versions of that style are a bit too big for my face… and, so! these ones I found tonight, are petite enough and I’m really groovin’ on how they fit my face!
