Furry Coat and Friends. Hah, how about that title for this week’s blog post? It gave me a chuckle. Get it? I’m wearing fur … next to my “friends”. It’s funny – I could sit here for hours trying to figure out what to name each blog post. And you’re probably laughing at me right now, because if I were you I’d be thinking “Um, Duffy – you’re blog post titles are really basic.” And that they are, but I try *very hard* to keep them basic and too the “creative point” …

This outfit is the second of which I’ve collaborated with my Chicago Photographer, Edgar of @heronbank (on Insta). We shot three outfits ON THE COLDEST DAY OF THE YEAR in Pilsen … you can expect more blog shoots to be hosted at this spot west of the city. Why? Because of the amazing wall art. This one outfit shoot in particular, with the (albeit creepy) old-American ghost-looking folk, is so far my favorite!

The fur coat is a vintage hand me down from my Grandmother, the pants are Forever2, the basic black tee from Banana Republic, the booties are from Aldo.
